Digital products offered through Wordtech Communication Ltd are subject to the terms of use of the relevant third-party platforms. The user is responsible for acting in accordance with the legal regulations of their region.
Payment and delivery
After payment is approved, digital codes are delivered in line with platform policies. Refund and cancellation conditions are governed by the up-to-date terms shown on the order screen.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". For delays caused by force majeure, scheduled maintenance or third-party platform outages, the liability of Wordtech Communication Ltd is limited to the value of the relevant order.
Refunds and cancellation
Once a digital code is delivered, refund requests are evaluated on the condition that the code has not been used. Used or disclosed codes are excluded from refunds. Submit refund requests via info@wordtech.uk.
Dispute resolution
For disputes that may arise under these terms, the courts and enforcement offices of London, United Kingdom shall have jurisdiction. Related matters are first resolved in good faith via the contact channels.
